The fuel of life
March 24, 2008Sandy life
March 2, 2008
Her morning starts in sand and her evening ends in sand. She has no time to praise rose, listen music and watch mountain. Life is nothing than endless sorrow to her. Extreme poverty and three children at the age of 22, this woman has to work hard, very hard to meet the both end. Illiterate, hail from a remote mountain, she is bound to lift the mixture of sand and cement all the day carrying her nine month old baby on her back.

This is her 5 years old son. She manages to make him a swing near her working place and thus the boy styas and sleeps here calmly. She has another child too who is kept on the heap of the sand. I pictured her and published it in Kantipur. A kind man happly donated 5 thousand rupees to her. Her eyes were glittering at the time of receiving money, an expression of satisfaction which is beyond the communication!
Just in a flash!
January 24, 2008
Life is really an unknown journey. You never know who is waiting you ahead. Just keep on going, beautiful flowers, shiny mountains, peaceful lakes and eye catching revers come in their own time. You may meet many friends in the way. Some of them may bring tear in your eyes and some of them may create fear in your heart.

Still there are some who bring smile in your lips. But you will not have time to stay with them for ever. It does not matter if they are loveable or not. Sooner or later you have to leave them. That is the beauty and pain of the journey. Beautifel and ugly, near and dear, everything has to be left. We feel pain when we meet undisered one and the situation is much more painful when beloved has to be left. But don’t cry, just go ahead. Who knows your beloved may be waiting you ahead, faster than you do. Just in a flash we meet and just in a flash we depart. Never weep. To meet and to be separated is the rule of life.
Who am I?
January 16, 2008
My body was not like this few years ago and would not be like this after few years either. At my childhood I was used to be called baby. Now people call me adult and soon this adulthood will be evaporate like a dew on the rose petal and they will call me an old man.

But inside I am same. I am not feeling that I’ve been changed. Yes physically the river of change is running rapidly. Thousands of cells and tissues are dying and borning every day in the body. I was not a child, not a man either and not will be old too. Then who am I? Where I was before to come in this planet called Earth and where I will be after the death of this body? Is life nothing than the days between the borth and death of this body?
The joy of blooming
December 19, 2007
This mustard flower is over joyous. Even in the coldest night of December it dances with breeze. Yes! Very soon it will wither but it will keep on blooming, dancing and enjoying the life till the eleventh hour. It does not matter whether the field is pleasant or not, the blooming flower always enjoies the life. This is the right way to live. Death may occur any moment, let him come, it is his business but live the life euphorically, face every hardship with ever smiling face. Life is short and we are still crying, fighting and planning to take revenge! Give up this stupidity!

The journey that never ends
February 20, 2007
Where do we come from and where are we going? We were not here some decades ago and will be no longer after a few decades. All the people of past centuries have vanished and the people of this century will leave this planet very soon. But the Earth will be more populated than ever before. Are not we playing hide and seek? Life is in constant change, hence the beauty of life. It is the journey that never ends. There is no birth, no death. Birth and death are nothing than the continuity of the journey.
